MEAD
we make mead to showcase what our amazing state has to offer. we use our own estate honey - and other premium honeys- and source as much Texas grown fruit as possible. because we use only fresh fruit, many of our meads are seasonal. this allows us to provide you with the most delicious, fresh and approachable mead available.
We like to think that honey is just the catalyst to creating a super fresh, approachable drink that anyone can enjoy. We only use honey if we can tell you exactly where it was produced - and most always it was produced in our Honey House next door, and we always use fresh fruit and juice. Whether you want a light and bubbly 7% ABV strawberry-lime Session mead or a big 13% barrel aged blackberry Imperial mead, we are confident we’ll find something you can enjoy.

BEER
Why beer when we make mead? Because we like beer, too. We want WildFlyer to be an experience — whether you’re in one of our tasting rooms or your couch at home.
Also, we wanted to make beer because we have an opportunity to do some pretty cool things with beer. That sounded pretty cryptic. I mainly meant like honey, barrels, etc.
